If we wait patiently on the Lord, he will:

• Hear our cry (Psalms 40:1)

• He will act on our behalf (Isaiah 64:4)

• We will not be put to shame (Psalms 25:3)

• We will renew our strength (Isaiah 40:31)

• And we will ultimately be exalted (Psalms 37:34)

So it is good to wait upon the Lord…
